1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. vk89 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to ৳100 per month to dormant account balances following a 30-day written notice period delivered to the registered email address.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

10 Termination and Account Closure

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease. 11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
